ENVIRONMENTAL NON-CONFORMANCE
11.1
No Action/Limit Level exceedance for air quality, water
quality, ambient arsenic, built heritage and landfill gas monitoring was
recorded in the reporting month.
11.2
Two (2) Action Level for construction noise
monitoring were recorded. The summary of exceedance record in the reporting
month is shown in Appendix O.
11.3
Ecological
monitoring was carried out in the reporting month. Three (3) action level exceedance and three (3) limit level
exceedance for non-aquatic fauna were recorded at T1, T3 & T6. The
exceedance were considered non-project related.
11.4
Should
the monitoring results of the environmental monitoring parameters at any
designated monitoring stations indicate that Action / Limit Levels are exceeded,
the actions in accordance with the Event/Action Plan in Appendix N would be carried out.

There was
no successful environmental prosecution or notification of summons received
since the Project commencement. The Cumulative Log for environmental summon and
successful prosecution since the commencement of the Project is presented in Appendix T.
