* Exceedances record date: 22/04/2025, 24/04/2025
Six (6) Limit Level for DO, three (3) Limit Level
for turbidity of impact water quality
monitoring were recorded. Exceedances were recorded on 22 and 24 April 2025. After investigation, all the
exceedance at SYR-IS1, NTR-IS1, SHST-IS2 and MWR-IS3 were considered caused by other
external factors rather than the contract works due to the following reasons:
1.
No
pollution discharge was observed from land-based site area;
2.
Oil and
influx of muddy water from upstream of the Ma Wat River not related to the
Project works was observed by monitoring team while sampling;
3.
Water
mitigation measures at the nearby construction sites were observed implemented
properly; and
4.
Control Station’s DO value already exceed the Action or Limit Levels.
