Temporary pavement for shifting Fanling Highway was completed on 10 September 2025. - Remaining part of existing sign gantry FADS8 was removed on 6 August 2025. Noise Barrier NB29 Trough Bay 1-23 A. Footing 100% completed B. Wall (exclude parapet) is 90% completed. Parapet section will cast after backfilling to formation. - Noise barrier NB 30 A. Bay 1 to bay 20 clamp beam completed. B.
